Sigura Labs stores the email and name you use to sign in, the workspace and its members, and the events you send. An event can name an account, a person, a channel, and the properties you choose to include.
Sigura Labs uses that data to run Foothint: the live feed, account health, funnels, alerts, and plan limits. We use your email to sign you in and to reply when you write to us. We do not sell this data.
Clerk handles sign-in. Paddle collects checkout, tax, and invoices for paid plans on behalf of Sigura Labs, and processes the payment details we never see. We use email delivery to send messages you asked for. Each of those processors only receives what it needs to do that job.
Event history follows your plan: 90 days on Starter, 1 year on Pro. Account and member records stay while the workspace is open. You can ask Sigura Labs to delete a workspace by writing to hello@siguralabs.com.
